  1. I suffer from hypertension, depression (), bipolar affective disorder, anxiety, arthritis, prolapse of the mitral valve, reflux. So we have one thing in common.

    Here are some good ideas:
    1. To do something that increases your heart rate a little like walking, running, cycling and swimming.
    2. Eat whole, organic foods such as broccoli, cabbage, organic rice, beans, spinach, sweet potatoes, apples and other fruits and vegetables in their natural state.
    3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, soft drinks, chips and all that you should not eat, you know.
    4. Drink clean water as a beverage of choice. Avoid drinks and fruit juices (unless your own juice)
    5. Stop smoking, drinking beer and wine and coffee.
    6. Get 8 hours sleep per night.
    7. Meet up with people who want to be healthy.
    8. Avoid corn syrup, high fructose.

    Toning muscles

    1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
    2. If you are short of money, start a light stretching and yoga regime.
    3. Doing push-ups and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
    4. As I said earlier, hiking, jogging, swimming, cycling and / or
    5. Take an aerobicsClass, yoga class, or some sort of fitness.
    6. Join the local YMCA ..

    Mental Health:

    1. Ask a friend to talk all day about your feelings.
    2. If you some money or insurance, get a counselor to speak.
    3. Learn to meditate.
    4. Join a support group for the topic you want to do.
    5. Ask your higher self (God) for guidance.
    6. Start a journal about your feelings and thoughts.
    7. Write a list of "gratitude" every night.
    8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or something creative.
    9. Do something for someone who needs help.
